a) Site Measure + 3D Design

We begin with precise laser measurements and create detailed drawings and 3D renderings of your kitchen. This helps you visualize your new space before we build it.

b) Design Collaboration & Material Selection

You’ll be paired with one of our in-house designers, who will help shape the layout and walk you through cabinetry, countertops, lighting, hardware, and appliance selections — all within your style and budget.

c) Site Investigation

Our technical team (engineers, electricians, plumbers, etc.) visits your home to investigate structural or mechanical challenges that may impact your design or cost. If needed, we may request access to inside walls or ceilings for full clarity.

d) Project Scope & Budgeting

We compile a detailed scope of work, full material list, and a fixed-cost estimate based on your selections and site conditions. You’ll see everything clearly — from layout to finishes — with no hidden costs.

We return to your home to review:

• A fixed-price renovation proposal

• The detailed renovation agreement

• Construction schedule and payment milestones

Once you’re comfortable, we sign and lock in your start date.

About 2–3 weeks before construction begins, we introduce your dedicated project manager. We review the scope, finalize any logistics, and answer all your questions. This ensures you’re fully prepared and confident before the first hammer swings.

You’ll have a dedicated site supervisor working on your kitchen — not juggling multiple jobs. Our crews arrive on time, every day, Monday to Friday, and follow a clear daily work plan.

As we near completion, your supervisor will walk through the renovated space with you to flag any deficiencies. These are noted in our system and resolved before final handover.

We meet with you one last time in your newly transformed kitchen to celebrate the result — and ensure everything is perfect through your eyes. This is the official start of your warranty and ongoing support with us.
